XCLIPXE is an independent artist and creative studio based in Vermont. This policy covers what happens with your data when you visit xclipxe.com — and what doesn't happen, which is most of it.
We don't have accounts, logins, or forms that collect your name or email. We are not in the business of collecting your personal information. This page exists to be transparent about the data that does move through this site as a result of third-party services we use.
We do not directly collect your name, email address, or any personal information. However, two third-party services involved in running this site do collect certain data automatically.
CloudflareThis site runs through Cloudflare, which provides security, performance, and hosting. When you visit any page, Cloudflare automatically receives and logs:

SpotifyThe Sound page embeds music players directly from Spotify. When that page loads — even if you don't press play — Spotify's embed code may set cookies on your browser and collect:

This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, contact us and it will be removed promptly.
